How To Obtain Your Psychomotor Authorization To Test (PATT) Number

NREMT requires all candidates wishing to test the Psychomotor Exam to be placed on a reservation list using their assigned PATT number.  This number is used to identify individual students when registering for the Advanced EMT and Paramedic Psychomotor Exams.  It consists of the letter P and 8 numbers, for example P20213624.  This number must be placed on the Trinity EMS Academy Psychomotor Exam registration form, in the appropriate field, and the registration submitted prior to the registration deadline established by NREMT.

1. Log in to your NREMT account
2. From the Dashboard page, click on the My Applications tab
3. Click on the Create Application tab
4. Once the Initial Application has been created, the process will need to be completed by your Program Director / Instructor signing you off as successfully completing the initial education program.  Once he/she signs you off, the system will generate a unique PATT number for each candidate which may be found  by:
5. Return to your NREMT account
6. From the Dashboard page, click on the My Applications tab
7. Click on Psychomotor ATTs
8. Your PATT number should be displayed at the top of the page.  It will appear with the Letter "P" and eight numbers following.  Example P20231234.
